Accessibility

Our commitment

Supervisr is built for people who work with their hands, in the field, on phones, in bad light. Making it usable for everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or captions — is part of that job, not a separate project. We treat accessibility defects as real defects and fix them in the normal course of our work.

The standard we aim at

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA on this website and in the Supervisr web and mobile apps. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark we measure ourselves against and the one we use when reviewing new work.

Where we actually stand

We are not claiming full conformance. We audit our own pages, we find real problems, and we work through them. Some areas of the site are further along than others, and some known issues are still open — text contrast on a handful of small labels, focus handling in a few interactive components, and support for reduced-motion preferences on our marketing pages. We would rather tell you that plainly than publish a claim we cannot back up.

If something on our site or in our app blocks you, that is a bug we want to hear about. Reports from people actually using assistive technology are the most useful feedback we get.

Tell us about a problem

Email support@supervisrapp.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. It helps if you can tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology, browser, or device you were using — but send it either way, even if all you can say is “this page does not work for me.”

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and, where we can, give you another way to get what you needed done in the meantime.

Third-party content

Parts of our service depend on software we do not control, such as our payment processor's checkout pages. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those pages, but if one of them stops you from completing something, contact us at the address above and we will help you finish it another way.
