Supervisr Referral Credit Program Terms
Last updated June 14, 2026
1. What it is.
Existing Supervisr users in good standing (“Referrers”) can invite new users with a unique referral link. When someone you refer becomes a paying Supervisr customer as described below, you earn Supervisr account credit. This is a customer-referral perk offered by Supervisr LLC. It does not make you an affiliate, agent, employee, or partner of Supervisr.
2. Eligibility.
You must be 18+ and an active Supervisr account holder. The person you refer (“Referee”) must be a genuinely new customer — not an existing or reactivated account, and not yourself.
3. How to earn.
Share your unique referral link. Tracking is required: credit is earned only when the Referee signs up through your link (which sets an attribution that we record). You earn credit only after the Referee makes a first real payment that we retain: for a contractor Referee, when their trial converts to a first paid invoice; for a homeowner Referee, when their money-back window closes without a refund.
4. Reward.
$50 credit when your Referee is a contractor; $10 credit when your Referee is a homeowner. Rewards may change prospectively; the amount in effect when the Referee qualifies applies.
5. No cash value.
Credit is promotional, non-cashable, non-transferable, and redeemable only against Supervisr charges. It is not a gift card, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and is not refundable. Credit does not stack with the FOUNDING15 offer (it may stack with SUPERVISR10/15/25).
6. Expiration.
Unredeemed credit expires 12 months from the date it is granted.
7. Public sharing & disclosure.
If you share your link publicly (social media, reviews, forums), you must clearly disclose that you earn a reward — for example, “I earn a Supervisr credit if you sign up with my link.” We may remove from the program anyone who shares deceptively or without disclosure.
8. Fraud & forfeiture.
We may withhold, reverse, or claw back credit (even if redeemed) and remove you from the program for: self-referral or referrals sharing your payment method or device; referring non-genuine or reactivated accounts; a chargeback or refund of the qualifying payment; or abuse. High-volume or high-value accrual is subject to manual review.
9. Privacy.
We use a referral link and a tracking cookie to attribute referrals. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes / termination.
We may modify, suspend, or end this program, or change rewards and rules, at any time, with notice for material changes. Credit already granted remains subject to these Terms until it is redeemed or expires.
11. General.
Governed by Tennessee law. These Terms supplement the Supervisr Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
