1. What messages Supervisr sends

Supervisr is a construction project-management platform. It sends transactional, project-related notifications to its own platform participants: crew members receive a secure link to upload jobsite photos, and clients receive a link to view their project report. Messages are operational and tied to an active project.

Supervisr sends these messages from its own platform to people participating in a project on that platform. Supervisr does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and it does not send messages on behalf of any other business.

2. How recipients opt in

All SMS messaging is opt-in. A recipient affirmatively checks a consent box on a Supervisr web page and provides their mobile number. The exact wording shown at the moment of consent is reproduced below and recorded with each opt-in.

Crew members — double opt-in (confirmed reply)

A contractor may add a crew member’s mobile number so Supervisr can text that crew member a link to upload jobsite photos. Because the number is entered by the contractor, Supervisr uses a double opt-in: before any job link is sent, we text the crew member a one-time confirmation. No recurring messages are sent unless the crew member replies YES to confirm. The confirmation text reads:

Supervisr: {contractor_company} added this number to send job photo-upload links. Reply YES to confirm, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply. Recurring msgs, ~1-3/wk. Help: HELP or (615) 414-8106.

When adding the number, the contractor is shown this disclosure next to the phone field:

We'll text this number a one-time confirmation before sending any job links. They can reply STOP anytime to opt out.

A crew member can also opt in themselves directly on the secure photo-upload page for a job by checking this box and entering their own mobile number:

Text me a link to upload photos for this job, about 1-3 times a week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Clients — account signup

When a client (homeowner) creates a Supervisr account, they can optionally opt in to text updates about their own project — including their project report link — by checking this box:

Text me updates about my project, including my project report link. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime.

Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Declining does not affect a person’s ability to use Supervisr.

3. Frequency, rates, and how to stop

Message frequency varies by project activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

You can reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@supervisrapp.com or (615) 414-8106.

Supervisr honors these reply keywords (case-insensitive) on every number:

  • Opt out: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT — stops all further messages to that number.
  • Confirm / opt back in: YES, Y — confirms a crew opt-in (or re-subscribes after a STOP).
  • Help: HELP — replies with our support contact.

4. Your mobile information

Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
