1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Supervisr (operated by Supervisr LLC, Nashville TN), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. [FILL IN — final clause language pending legal review.]
2. Service Description
Supervisr is an AI-powered field QA platform for residential contractors. The service includes photo analysis, project management features, and integrations with third-party services like CompanyCam and Stripe.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Each plan includes a 10-day free trial. Payment is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. [FILL IN — refund policy, late payment terms, etc.]
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to quarantine and review content flagged by our content moderation systems. [FILL IN — specific prohibited uses, account termination terms.]

You retain ownership of all content (photos, documents, project data) you upload. Supervisr retains ownership of the AI models, analysis pipeline, and software. Your content is not used to train our AI models. [FILL IN — license grants.]

7. Termination
