Beta Terms — Founding cohort
Supervisr is in early access. These Terms govern your use during the beta period and will be updated before public launch. Founding 15 members also operate under a signed Founding 15 Beta Agreement, which controls where it differs from these Terms. Questions: legal@supervisrapp.com.
Terms of Service
Supervisr LLC — Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Supervisr LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Supervisr,” “we,” “us”), governing your access to and use of the Supervisr web application, mobile applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Beta / early-access status
The Service is offered in a pre-public-launch beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may contain errors or be interrupted. We provide the Service to beta users on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis (see Section 11). Founding 15 cohort members are also subject to the separate Founding 15 Beta Agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Founding 15 Beta Agreement controls for those members.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms, and “you” includes that business.
3. The Service; not professional advice
Supervisr is an AI-assisted photo quality-assurance and jobsite-management software platform for residential construction. The Service analyzes photos and documents you provide and surfaces observations, flags, summaries, reports, and other outputs (“AI Output”).
AI Output is informational only. It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for inspection or evaluation by a licensed inspector, contractor, engineer, or architect. Supervisr is not a licensed home-inspection service and does not provide engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice. AI Output may be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for independently verifying it and for all decisions you make. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI Output for any purpose. For any decision affecting a renovation, repair, warranty claim, insurance claim, or legal dispute, consult a qualified licensed professional.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your password, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@supervisrapp.com of any unauthorized use.
Messaging and SMS
With your consent, Supervisr may send you SMS text messages related to your projects — for example, a link to upload jobsite photos or to view a project report. Message frequency varies by project activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
5. Subscriptions, trials, billing, and cancellation
- Plans. The Service is offered in tiered subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) that differ by monthly item allotment. Current plan prices are shown at signup and on the pricing page. Annual plans are billed annually at the displayed rate.
- Founder / promotional pricing. Promotional rates (including the Founding founder discount) are applied via a promotional code at checkout and remain in effect for the period stated when the code is issued. After that period, the then-current standard rate applies on renewal.
- Free trial. Paid plans include a 10-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but do not charge it until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- Renewal and charges.Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the subscription and for any overage. Overage is billed in packs of 50 additional items for $5 each when you exceed your plan’s monthly allotment.
- Payments.Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Your use of payment processing is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Account & Billing screen or by contacting josh@supervisrapp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. During the beta period we may, at our discretion, issue credits or refunds.
- Price/plan changes. We may change plans, allotments, or prices on at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes take effect on your next renewal.
6. Your content and the photo-rights warranty
“Your Content” means the photos, documents, project data, notes, and other materials you upload or generate through the Service, including photos of customer properties.
You represent and warrant that, for all Your Content, you own it or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload it and to have it processed as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy — including any consent required from the owner or occupant of any property depicted. You are solely responsible for obtaining such consent. We provide an optional homeowner consent template for your convenience; using it is your responsibility, and it does not create any obligation of Supervisr to any property owner.
You grant Supervisr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, and display Your Content, and to share it with our subprocessors (Section 10 and the Privacy Policy), solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use your photos or documents to train third-party foundation models; our AI subprocessor processes your content under commercial terms that exclude training on customer data. You retain ownership of Your Content.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload content you lack the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or violates another’s privacy; (b) upload unlawful, explicit, or harmful imagery (content is screened by automated moderation and may be quarantined and reviewed); (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (d) interfere with or overload the Service; (e) use the Service to provide a competing AI analysis service; or (f) misrepresent AI Output as a licensed inspection or as professional advice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section.
8. Intellectual property
Supervisr and its licensors own the Service, including the software, AI pipeline, prompts, models’ application, user interface, and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription. You keep ownership of Your Content as described in Section 6.
9. Feedback
If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation. Founding 15 members agree to provide feedback as described in the Founding 15 Beta Agreement.
10. Third-party services and subprocessors
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including Anthropic (AI inference), Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error diagnostics), Expo/EAS (mobile delivery), and, only if you connect them or use the relevant feature, CompanyCam (photo sync) and Deepgram (speech-to-text for voice/consultation features). Your use of connected third-party services (such as CompanyCam) is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services. See the Privacy Policy for how these providers process data.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. THIS IS BETA SOFTWARE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERVISR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. SUPERVISR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE, THE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Supervisr from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your breach of the photo-rights warranty in Section 6, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your use of AI Output.
14. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time (Section 5). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, for risk to the Service or others, or upon ending the beta. On termination, your license ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15) survive.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Informal resolution first: before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@supervisrapp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Tennessee under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or misuse claims. You and Supervisr waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
