Do you charge per user?
No — and we never will. Crew seats are unlimited on every published plan, from the smallest one up. Add your whole crew, your field managers, and your subcontractors without your bill moving.
What is actually different between the plans?
Only the monthly credit allotment. Every feature is on every plan — photo QA, reports, scheduling, financials, marketing, the mobile apps. You are choosing how much you use, not which tools you get.
What happens when I use up my monthly credits?
The features that spend credits pause. You then choose what happens next: upgrade your plan, buy a prepaid top-up, or wait for your credits to reset next month. Nothing ever charges without an explicit click.
Do you bill overages?
No. There is no automatic overage charge on any plan. If you want more, you add it deliberately — we will never quietly run your bill up past the plan you picked.
What about Enterprise?
Enterprise is priced per contract — franchise groups and multi-location operators have different needs, so we quote them individually rather than publishing a number. Contact us for details. Multi is our largest published plan.
