FAQ
Questions before you start your trial?
- Each photo, document (PDF or image), or URL you submit for AI analysis counts as one item against your monthly allotment. Multi-page document bundles count as one item regardless of page count. Quarantined or rejected items don't count. Your current usage is always visible on the Settings → Usage screen in the app — no surprise charges.
- We collect a card at signup but you are not charged for 10 days. You get full access to every feature on your selected plan. Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing.
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing periods (monthly ↔ annual) from your Account & Billing screen at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- We won't cut you off mid-project. You get email alerts at 80% and 100% of your allotment with the per-item overage rate displayed before any extra charges apply. Overage pricing only kicks in after you explicitly acknowledge it — you stay in control. Upgrade to the next tier any time to lock in the lower per-item effective rate.
- If something's broken, we'll fix it and credit you. For voluntary cancellations after the trial ends, we don't offer prorated refunds — cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Connect your CompanyCam account in 30 seconds via OAuth. Map specific CompanyCam projects to Supervisr projects, and new photos from those projects sync automatically and enter the AI analysis pipeline. Disconnect anytime — your existing photos stay, the live sync just stops.
- No setup fee, no contracts, no minimums. The trial starts the moment you confirm your card on the Stripe Checkout page.
- Yes. Cancel from Account & Billing on mobile, or directly through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No. Your project photos and documents are private to your account and analyzed via the Anthropic API under their no-training data policy for paid API customers. We retain analysis context for the audit trail (so you can see exactly what the AI saw on any flag), but it stays in your account.
