Your price book, not a template
- Your prices, your units. Build the book once: type your lines in, or fill in Supervisr's Excel template with your price list and upload it.
- Crew pay on every line. The crew's pay for each line carries through to their work order.
- Your numbers stay private. Crew logins can't open the price book.

Type or paste what you covered at the walkthrough, or record it in the phone app. Supervisr turns it into a consultation report you build the bid from.
After the yes
Change orders are priced from the same book and signed the same way. Work orders and purchase orders build from the signed bid, the crew goes on the schedule, and the invoice comes from the job.

Can I bring my existing price list?
Yes. Copy it into Supervisr's Excel template and upload it. You see every line it would add before anything is saved, and then you edit it in Supervisr.
Can I offer good/better/best options?
Yes. You can add options to a bid as pick-one choices or add-ons.
Can customers sign on their phone?
Yes. They review and sign from the link, or sign in person on your phone.
Do my crews see my prices?
No. Crew logins can't open the price book. A crew sees its own work order and its pay for that order.
Does Supervisr do takeoffs from plans?
Not today. You build the bid from your price book and the measurements you take at the walkthrough.
