Upload up to 3 jobsite photos and see exactly what our AI flags. Most contractors are surprised by what shows up in the first analysis.

Supervisr is not a licensed home inspection service. AI analysis is informational only and is not a substitute for professional inspection by a licensed inspector, contractor, engineer, or architect. For any decision affecting your renovation, repair, warranty claim, or legal dispute, consult a licensed professional.

How the free AI photo QA works

You upload up to three photos from a current or past jobsite. The AI runs the same scope-first analysis pipeline that powers the paid Supervisr product — the same engine contractors use to catch defects before they turn into callbacks. It is grounded in common flooring and bath-remodel practice: subfloor prep, moisture and waterproofing, tile setting and grout, transitions and thresholds, and finish carpentry.

Each photo comes back with a plain-English summary, severity-graded flags — critical, caution, or info — and one or two specific, actionable suggestions for what to check or document next. Analysis takes about ten seconds. Three analyses are free per visitor for life, with no signup and no credit card.

What it catches

The tool surfaces the workmanship issues that most often cause problems on flooring and bath jobs: missing or improper waterproofing, unsealed backsplash and tub-surround seams, greenboard where cement board belongs in a wet area, hollow-sounding or lippage-prone tile, poorly detailed shower niches and benches, gaps at transitions and thresholds, missing expansion gaps, uneven subfloor prep, and work that is incomplete or undocumented.

It is built to catch the things that turn into disputes — work that looks finished but is not, and the details a homeowner or general contractor will notice on a walkthrough. The goal is not to nitpick; it is to surface the handful of items worth a second look before they become a callback, a warranty claim, or an argument.

Important: the AI flags only what is visible in a photo. It is not a substitute for being on-site, and it cannot see behind walls or inside assemblies.

Who it is for

  • Flooring and bath remodelers who want a second set of eyes on their jobs without hiring one.
  • Field managers and general contractors reviewing subcontractor photos remotely, before the crew leaves the site.
  • Homeowners who want to sanity-check work before they sign off or release final payment — informational only, not a licensed inspection.

Frequently asked questions

Is the free tool really free?
Yes. You get three photo analyses per visitor, for life, with no signup and no credit card. If you want this on every photo across all your projects, the full Supervisr product has a 10-day free trial you can cancel anytime.
What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos of the work itself — a tiled shower wall, a floor before or after install, a transition or threshold, a backsplash seam. It works best on flooring and bath-remodel work, since that is what the analysis is tuned for today.
What does the AI actually check?
It looks for visible workmanship and safety issues — moisture and waterproofing gaps, tile lippage and hollow spots, unsealed seams, the wrong substrate in wet areas, missing expansion gaps, and incomplete work — and returns severity-graded flags (critical, caution, info) with plain-English explanations and a next step for each.
Is this a home inspection?
No. Supervisr is not a licensed home-inspection service, and the AI analysis is informational only. It is not a substitute for a licensed inspector, contractor, engineer, or architect, and it cannot assess anything that is not visible in the photo. For any decision affecting a renovation, repair, warranty claim, or legal dispute, consult a licensed professional.
How accurate is it?
The AI is grounded in common flooring and bath industry practice and is deliberately cautious — it surfaces things worth a second look rather than issuing definitive verdicts. Like any AI it can miss something or occasionally flag something that is fine, so treat its output as a prompt to look closer, not a final judgment. Double-check responses and use with caution.
Do I need an account?
No — the free tool needs no signup and no card. You upload, you get results. Saving projects, analyzing every photo your crew uploads, and bringing your team in come with the full product, which starts on a 10-day free trial.
