For flooring contractors
Flooring contractor software
Your crew already photographs the subfloor, the layout and the finished floor. Supervisr reads each photo with industry specs as its reference, flags what needs your eyes, and files the photo record of the rest.
The misses a flooring photo shows
Most flooring callbacks start as something visible in a photo that nobody looked at in time: a subfloor that was damp, a floating floor with no room to move at the wall, a run of plank end-joints stacked in a line, a transition that does not sit right. The photo was taken. It sat in a camera roll until the homeowner called.
Supervisr reads every photo as it comes in, so the question gets asked while the crew is still on site and the fix can be a morning, not a return trip.
What it looks for in a flooring photo
- Subfloor and moisture. Staining, discoloration and damage that call for a moisture reading or a repair before the floor goes down.
- Expansion spacing. Whether the floor has room to move at walls and fixed points, and whether seam gaps look like normal spacing.
- Layout and end-joints. Clustered or stacked end-joints in a plank run, the kind of pattern that shows after the walkthrough.
- Transitions, thresholds and seams. Seams that look open or unsealed and transitions that do not look finished.
- Incomplete work. Areas that look unfinished in a photo that is supposed to show a finished stage.
The result comes back in two kinds. A flag is a graded concern (critical, caution or info) with a plain-English reason and a next step, and it goes to a person. A note records something that was done right and files itself into the job record as evidence.
From the crew’s phone to the job record
Crew members send photos through their own link. There is no app to install, no login and no seat fee, and the photos land on the right job. Each job keeps an open-flags list, so a walkthrough starts from a list instead of from memory.
The same analysis feeds client reports built from the job’s documented work, which you send yourself, and closeout evidence that stays with the job for the day a warranty question shows up.
Try it on a floor you already finished
The fastest way to judge it is to point it at work you already know the answer to. The free photo check reads photos from 16 residential trades and has been tuned longest on flooring and bath remodel work. You get three analyses, with no signup and no card.
Honest about what it is
This is an AI reading a photograph. It is built to catch the recurring, visible misses that turn into callbacks, and to document the work that was done right. It is not a licensed inspection, an engineering assessment or a code-compliance review, and it cannot judge anything that is not visible in the frame. Treat a flag as a reason to look, not a verdict.
Questions contractors ask
What does Supervisr check in a flooring photo?
It looks for visible workmanship and moisture issues in the photo: damp or stained subfloor, missing expansion room, clustered end-joints, open or unsealed seams, rough transitions and unfinished areas. Each concern comes back as a flag with a severity, a plain-English explanation and a next step.
Does my crew need to install an app or log in?
No. Crew members send photos through their own link, with no app, no login and no seat fee, and the photos land on the right job. If your crew already shoots in CompanyCam, you can connect it and those photos flow in too.
What happens when it flags something?
The flag goes to whoever owns that job and sits in the job’s open-flags list until someone clears it. Observations that are not defects are filed as notes and become part of the job record.
Is the free photo check really free?
Yes. Each visitor gets three photo analyses with no signup and no credit card. It is a working demo of the same engine contractors run inside their account. It reads photos from 16 residential trades and has been tuned longest on flooring and bath remodel work.
Does it replace a flooring inspection?
No. Supervisr is not a licensed inspection service. It is an AI reading a photograph, it cannot assess what is not visible, and its flags are reasons to look closer rather than verdicts. Anything that needs a licensed professional still needs one.
What does it cost?
Every feature is on every plan and plans differ only by monthly volume. Crew seats are free. There is a 10-day free trial, and current plans are on the pricing page.
